Owners Brad and Molly Smith both graduated from the University of Mississippi. Brad received a degree in hospitality management with a long-term goal of owning and operating his own restaurant. In 2016 Brad’s dream finally began to come true after many years of planning, training and good old-fashioned hard work. They have a wonderful crew of employees who work hard behind the scenes to help run the day to day operations of the restaurant. Biscuit’s Steakhouse’s catchy name actually comes from owner, Brad Smith’s nickname from childhood. Much surprise to many, we do not serve biscuits. Instead, enjoy our wonderful, fluffy yeast rolls baked fresh in house daily and served with honey butter.
